Refunds and withdrawal

A student who withdraws before the programme commences is not entitled to a refund of fees paid, and the academy reserves the right to charge the full tuition for the programme.

A student who withdraws more than fourteen days after commencement is not entitled to a refund of fees paid, and the academy reserves the right to charge the full tuition for the programme.

The same applies where a student is expelled from the programme.

These terms are unfavourable to the student, and hiding them in a footer would be worse than having them. Eighteen months of Saturdays is a real commitment and the fee reflects a place held open for you in a small cohort.

If you are unsure whether you can give the programme the time it needs, speak to us before you pay. That conversation costs nothing, and we would rather have it than take a fee from someone who cannot finish.

Late payment is charged at S$5 per week, with a further S$100 once a payment is thirty days overdue.

If you are in difficulty, tell us early. We would far rather arrange something than apply a penalty.
